Everyone loves a great grilled burger, they are the cornerstone to so many summer cook-outs. But sometimes you want to change things up and bit from the traditional ground beef burger and add some flavor while adding a healthier flair to the cook-out. These spinach and feta turkey burgers are just the thing for such an occasion.
These spinach and feta burgers are great served on a whole wheat roll or in a pita pocket or without any type of roll. Top them with the usual condiments or try something new like Tzatziki sauce for a twist.

Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced mango
4 ounces feta cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 pounds ground turkey

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
While the grill is preheating, mix together the eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach and turkey in a large bowl until well combined; form 8 patties.
Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 15-20 minutes.
Top with your favorite condiments and enjoy.
Tip: avoid flare-ups on the grill and allow the burgers to cook slowly and evenly.
