Everyone loves a great grilled burger, they are the cornerstone to so many summer cook-outs.  But sometimes you want to change things up and bit from the traditional ground beef burger and add some flavor while adding a healthier flair to the cook-out. These spinach and feta turkey burgers are just the thing for such an occasion.

These spinach and feta burgers are great served on a whole wheat roll or in a pita pocket or without any type of roll. Top them with the usual condiments or try something new like Tzatziki sauce for a twist.

You can serve these spinach and feta turkey burgers to your personal preferences, just remember that everything you add changes the nutritional values you are getting. Alone, the spinach and feta turkey burgers provide:  233 calories, 13g Fat, 27g Protein, 2.5g Carbs per serving.
