Getting started on a new fitness program can be a scary and our goal is to help make it easier for you. You may not know what you like or don’t like as far as workouts go. Do you like a large group or small group setting? Do you want more hands-on attention from a trainer?
We understand the need to make an informed decision. That is why we prefer that all new members start with our 30-Day VIP Training Package. This is a Risk-free 30-Day opportunity to test out the programs we offer and see which option is best for you.
The 30-Day VIP Training Package includes:
1-on-1 Strategy Session
You will sit down with one of our trainers to discuss your goals, your fitness experience and go over a brief medical history. This session will include a basic movement screen and some simple exercises to help the trainers get to know you and understand where you will be start out on your journey with us.
5 Semi-Private Training Sessions
This is our small group training option. You will meet with a trainer and up to 3 additional members. This gives you a more personal experience where the trainers can provide more individual attention to each member and their goals.
Unlimited Team Training
This is our large group training option. You will meet with a trainer and up to 15 members. These are typically high energy circuit workouts that will work multiple muscle groups and provide strength and cardiovascular exercises. The large group of like-minded individuals provides for a fun, exciting atmosphere.
Our facility is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. With your VIP Training package, you will have access to come in on your own and do additional work on your own.
