Training

At Body Force Fitness we specialize in functional fitness training to help our clients reach optimal fitness and wellness levels. Through the use of body weight, suspension trainers (TRX), Kettlebells, sandbags and more, functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

Body Force offers a level of training to meet your personal needs and goals.

Program Design

You will work with a certified coach to develop workout programs that meet your personal goals and fitness levels. You will be able to perform these workouts on your own at times that fit your schedule. New programs can be developed every 6 weeks to keep your routine fresh.

Semi Private Training

In our Small Group training you will meet with one of our certified trainers and up to 3 additional members. In this personalized setting, you will benefit from in-depth  instruction while focusing on your specific goals. Similar to private personal training at a fraction of the cost – with the added motivation of your workout partners.

Team Training

Our large group training consists of high energy Afterburn and Industrial Strength team training sessions. These awesome group workouts combine metabolic training for fat loss with strength training for building lean muscle. Your Team Training membership gives you unlimited access to these sessions.
