Body Force Fitness

Before joining Body Force my workouts were strictly strength training.

Since joining Body Force and combining Team with strength training I’ve seen a significant increase in core strength. I have added more cardio work (continue to focus on strength training-changing routine every 6 weeks or so)

Specific results are core strength increased, fat loss and increased cardio health.

I am surprised at how much I’ve enjoyed Team Training and the results I have seen from team training. (Before I started team I thought it was not an effective workout)

I would recommend Body Force to friends and family. Body Force is a good gym with great staff!!! It’s like my Cheers (where everybody knows your name).
