As we are all getting ready to take a few days to gather with family and friends to celebrate the holiday season, it is a good time to reflect on the year that is quickly coming to an end and look forward to what 2018 has in store for us. One thing that we are introducing this year which we hope you all will find to be an added benefit is this blog. It will probably start out slow as I learn the process and build content that I hope helps all of you on your health a fitness journeys. Something that you can look forward to in these blog posts are testimonials form members, healthy recipes, workouts or workout tips and occasionally my random ramblings. So, I hope you enjoy our first Blog post.

I will keep it simple. This has been a year of learning and growth and we are blessed to have such a wonderful group of members. I have been surprised numerous times this year with the generosity of our fitness community. We thank you all for being patient with us as we were coming up to speed on everything as new owners. I feel we have come a long way, and are learning more every day. Our goal is to continue to improve the fitness experience for you, our members.

So from all of us at Body Force to all of you, we wish you and your families the very best this holiday season.

P.S. Remember we will not have staffed hours on Christmas or New Year’s Day. You will of course still be able to access the facility to train if that quality family time is getting to be a little too much.
