At Body Force Fitness we specialize in functional fitness training to help our clients reach optimal fitness and wellness levels. Through the use of body weight, suspension trainers (TRX), Kettlebells, sandbags and more, functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.

PRIVATE TRAINING

With Private Personal Training, we will place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. In this personalized setting, you will meet with one of our certified trainers and benefit from in-depth instruction, while focusing on your specific goals. Private training is available by appointment, just ask one of the trainers!


Semi-Private Training

In the Small Group setting, we will place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in our Small Group format (2-4 people). In this personalized setting, you will benefit from in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals. It’s just as good as private personal training at a fraction of the cost – with the added motivation of your workout partners.

Team Training

Unlimited coaching in our high energy Afterburn and Industrial Strength Team Training sessions. These awesome group workouts combine metabolic training for fat loss with strength training for building lean muscle.
