Personal Training


Our personal training staff hold nationally accredited certifications, and have years of experience working with clients of all ages.  Our members always have access to scheduling a free consultation with any of our trainers!

Our personal training programs can help clients:

  • Learn new exercises
  • Learn proper form and intensity
  • Tone
  • Decrease body fat
  • Increase muscle mass
  • Train for specific events
  • Train for specific sports

All of our Programs Include:
  • Monthly fitness, measurement and body fat testing
  • Nutritional advice and guidance
  • Specific goal setting and monitoring
  • Cardio frequency and intensity recommendations
  • Written workouts for non-training days
            

Personal Training Programs

Weekly Session EFT Training Programs

During these programs, the client will be billed monthly and train a certain number of times per week with a trainer.  These programs keep the trainer directly involved in the client's workouts for the duration of the program.

Monthly Session EFT Training Programs

During these programs, the client will be billed monthly and will train once or twice a month with a trainer.  These sessions are geared towards monitoring progress and making adjustments that the client can make to his/her workouts.
  • The first month's payment is due upon enrolling into a training program, however there is no bank processing/enrollment fee.
  • All personal training sessions are 30 minutes in length.

STAFFED HOURS

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Sunday: CLOSED

*Weekend hours vary and are subject to change
