We offer a variety of aerobic and fitness classes, which allows you to choose what class best fits your needs! Our experienced staff is highly trained, holding multiple certifications as well as University level degrees.

30 Minute Abs

This fast paced class focuses specifically on the core muscles.  Through a series of exercises, we target all 6 abdominal muscles resulting in a strengthened and toned stomach. By working the deeper muscles closer to the spine it affects your overall posture contributing to a more healthy, supported back. By focusing on the superficial abdominals closer to the skin, you increase the overall '6-pack look'.


Total Body Conditioning

This is a fast paced, boot camp style class, which works nearly every muscle group in the body!  This class utilizes mats and weight balls to increase intensity and results!  If you're looking to shed pounds, tone, increase endurance and change the look of your body- THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU! 


Butts and Guts

This class is exactly how it sounds!  Expect to work your inner and outer thighs, abdominals and booty! Target those problem areas, we all deal with, quickly and efficiently! 

Cardio Kickboxing

This high energy, cardio based class mixed with kicks, punches, martial arts combinations and athletic drills is sure to get you fired up!  The class is designed as a total body workout and helps melt off those unwanted pounds . Expect to increase flexibility, strength, coordination, balance and get the sculpted body you are looking for.    


YOGA 

In these sessions you will learn stretches and postures (or asanas) to help reduce tensions in the body and relax the mind. Yoga can help increase flexibility, develop lean muscle, strengthen the core, reduce stress and improve balance while uniting body and mind.


Zumba

The latest craze to hit the fitness circuit! This extremely fun, highly energetic class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one of a kind workout! A combination of interval and resistance training are utilized to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. You will experience an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant for everyone!



BOOT CAMP

This 30 minute boot camp is a fast way to whip yourself into shape! The class uses a variety of accessories to help you gain strength, cardio endurance and feel great! Instructed by a Personal Trainer, this class allows you to experience the benefits of a variety of new strengthening exercises while performing the exercises correctly and safely. You will sweat yourself to success in this quick, energy packed workout!


Pilates Mat Class

Through a movement series of fluid floor work, Pilates focuses on improving core control, coordination, alignment and balance. Primarily completed while seated or while lying down on your back, side or front, the series strengthens and tones the ENTIRE body while connecting mind, body and spirit. Health benefits include increased lung capacity, circulation through deep breathing, and improvement in bone density and joint health.

TRX GROUP TRAINING



TRX is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries.  Please call for more information and details about classes and pricing.
