This simple recipe for banana soft serve is a great dessert for 2, when you want ice cream but not the calories and the guilt that go with it. You have a have the option of using unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk. Nutritional information if using unsweetened coconut milk: 174 calories, 41g carbs, 1g fat, 2g protein, 6g sodium and 22g sugar.
Additionally, it is easy to boost the protein simply by adding a scoop of dotFIT Whey Smooth or other whey protein powder. This also gives you some additional flavor possibilities. Try with chocolate, vanilla or another flavor protein. 3 bananas, peeled, sliced and FROZEN
