Functional training movements and exercises are specifically designed to achieve these results while using multiple muscle groups at the same time verses isolating muscle groups. Machine training isolates single muscles groups and the movements that these machines direct your body in do not relate to, or directly improve, your activities of daily life. Functional training utilizes multiple muscles groups for all exercises, improving your activities in daily life, while giving you quicker and longer lasting results, including fat loss and toned muscle.
