New Year’s Workout: 31 Dec 2018

I hope everyone is having a great holiday season. I can hardly believe that this is the last workout blog of 2018. It has been a fun time for me to come up with these weekly workouts. I don’t know how many of you take the time to give them a try. I know some can be a challenge, but that is kind of the point. If we do the same workouts day after day our bodies adapt and we hit plateaus. One of the nice things about this workout and many of the others from this past year is that they are adaptable for all skill and experience levels. You can lower weights when there is a recommended weight or you can increase the times. Either way these workouts are meant to challenge you. I hope you have enjoyed them as much as I have enjoyed programming them.


New Year’s Eve

Here is a special workout to ring in the New Year. This workout is 1 round of 12 exercises. Complete 31 reps of each exercise, for the alternating exercises it is 31 reps for each side.


Complete One round for time.

Perform 31 repetitions of the following exercises:



Box Jumps


KB Push Press

Toes to Bar

Kettlebell Alternate Snatches

Kettlebell Goblet Squats

Kettlebell Thrusters

Kettlebell Alternate Lunges

Rope Slams



Complete a 2019-meter Row.
