Here is what you will need to prepare your low-carb garlic chicken
2 pounds chicken, (Thighs and drumsticks/leg quarters)
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 garlic cloves, sliced
1 lemon (the juice)
8 tablespoons fresh parsley
4 tablespoons butter
To Prepare Your Low-Carb Garlic Chicken
Follow these super easy steps:
1) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2) Place chicken in a butter greased pan.
3) Salt and pepper generously.
4) Sprinkle with garlic and parsley, then drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
5) Bake the chicken until golden and the garlic slices have turned brown and roasted, about 30-40 minutes.
