Healthy Pumpkin Pie Dip

The coming holiday season is a constant barrage of office parties and family gatherings and pot lucks. It is increasingly difficult to eat healthy when everyone is baking sweets sharing them in the office. The potlucks and office parties are full of high calorie high carbohydrate foods and it is way too easy to over indulge. This recipe for healthy pumpkin pie dip is a great way to bring a little something healthy to the party. The original recipe suggests serving with apple slices and graham crackers, but feel free to experiment with other items. I recommend trying it with Nilla Wafers or ginger snaps as well. Just remember to try to keep it healthy.

Here is what you will need to prepare your Healthy Pumpkin Pie Dip

1 cup plain yogurt

½ cup pumpkin puree

¼ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla
