Healthy Mango Strawberry Smoothie
This recipe is a great way to start your day or recover from your workout. It is really simple to make with just 5 all-natural ingredients. Fresh, ripe fruit is key to this tasty treat.
Depending on your preferences, you may want to chill your fruit. If it is the off season you can also use frozen fruit that has thawed slightly.
If you are using this as a post-workout recovery shake, you can add a scoop of dotFIT Vanilla WheySmooth, just keep in mind this will add to the calories.
You can play around with this recipe and adjust it to your personal preferences, but the recipe as presented is a great start. As is this smoothie supplies 450 calories, 2g Fat, 9g Protein, 109g Carbs and 14g Fiber.
Here is what you will need to prepare your breakfast scramble
2 ripe bananas
1 ripe mango
5 large strawberries
6 tablespoons almond milk
A handful of blueberries (as garnish)

To Prepare Your Healthy Mango Strawberry Smoothie
1) Place chopped mango, 1 ripe banana and 3 tablespoons almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth, pour into glass.
2) Rinse blender. Place chopped strawberries, 1 ripe banana and 3 tablespoons almond milk in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass on top of mango to make layers. Top with blueberries
Alternate Directions: If you do not care about the presentation and layers, you can simply add all ingredients to the blender at one time.
