This week we bring you another recipe to help with those cravings for sweets while trying to stay healthy. Try these fudge protein cupcakes. These are great for special occasions or just for a healthier snack alternative. This recipe is from Finding Silver Linings via Yummly.com, see the link below.
Fudge Protein Cupcakes
These super yummy cupcakes are almost too good to be healthy. With a moist texture, the flavor is sweet and chocolatey. They will crush your cravings for sweets, oh and they have about 11 grams of protein and just under 150 calories per serving.
These are great for a special occasion or even just as a pre or post workout snack. Make a batch or two and store them in an air-tight container or individual zip-lock baggies and they are easy to grab-n-go. If you want to add a little extra zip to them try “frosting” them with natural peanut butter or almond butter.
