2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownie

Yes, you can make a healthier brownie with just 2 ingredients.  A box of your favorite brownie, and one can of 100% pumpkin puree is all it takes. These are a healthier alternative because you are substituting the pumpkin for all the other ingredients that you normally add to the box brownie mix, like oil and egg. Each brownie still has 170 calories, but they are significantly lower in fat.

Here is what you will need to prepare your 2 ingredient pumpkin brownies

Ingredients:

19.5 once box of brownie mix (any brand or variety)

15 ounce can of 100% pumpkin puree

It really does not get much easier than this.

1) Preheat oven to 350°F.

2) Spray a 9×13 pan with non-stick cooking spray

3) In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix and pumpkin until combined.

4) Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
